Relax, Destress, Heal and Integrate Self in the beautiful beach town of Port Alfred in the Eastern Cape. Join me, Rosalind Dockendorff, for a personal experience of Integrative healing with TRE and Yoga. TRE® is a self-healing modality helping us to release stress (physical and emotional), pain and discomfort that cause us to disassociate from our physical bodies. The sessions reactivate the neurogenic tremor reflex in your body. The process is safe and you are encouraged to continue the process on your own, for self-healing. TRE brings us back to feeling, softening our armoring against the world. It is an invaluable healing tool helping us connect back to our bodies. When we do we transform our attitudes, improve self-worth and feel empowered with self-love. This process helps us connect to a deeper place in yoga asana and meditation.

There are 2 sharing rooms available. One with an ocean/lagoon view and an ensuite bathroom with bath and one with slight views of lagoon/sea and an ensuit bathroom with shower. Kitchen and studio available with sitting areas on wooden view deck, a courtyard eating for avoiding the wind. The space is relaxed and comfortable.

For more structured weekend groups:

Arriving Friday afternoon, we’ll create space, move physically with a yoga practice, release stress with TRE, integrate with meditation and nourish ourselves with a light dinner.

Easing into Saturday with early meditation, deep healing Forrest yoga and TRE. Some personal integration time and then we’ll explore TRE through the traditional exercise routine in the afternoon. Delicious vegetarian dinner follows with quiet guided meditation.

Sunday starts early with deep somatic influenced release yoga, TRE and meditation. Brunch in the sun on the patio with sea views. Leave or stay longer if you need. Longer stay rate can be arranged. No rush.


Vegetarian food will be provided but because we always have choice if you prefer something else I am sure we can arrange. The benefits of eating vegetarian for a few days is to observe how it quietens the busy monkey mind. In this quietness we are able to observe the sensations in the body and connect more deeply

Walk Robberg Nature Reserve, view sharks, seals from way up high

SUP on the lagoon, over breeding sharks, starfish, and eels

We have an array of body treatment therapies in Plett. Book a massage if you feel the need.

Cancellation Policy

  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 20 days before arrival.
